December 1st this year has again felt more like November 31st. Idk why it keeps slipping my mind that November only has 30 days but whatever, it doesn't really matter.

Turns out me crashing pretty hard yesterday was me just being sick, and I woke up still feeling awful. Mainly just a headache and an extremely upset stomach. I wound up calling out sick, I was just in no state to do much of anything until the latter half of the day. Did get around to playing a little more DQ9. Gotten to Stornway, have a full party now because DQ9 is a pseudo-MMO thing where you just make your whole party pretty soon into the game if you don't play with others. I kind of wanna try a variety of things but there's really no reason for your three NPCs to not just be Priest and then two of Mage/Warrior/Martial Artist (Preist is the best healer in the game and is effectively irreplacable, Sage has Kazing as a reliable revive method but losing out on Fullheal and Omniheal is not a worthwhile tradeoff in the post-game). It gets better when you unlock the ability to change vocations (meaning you can have a real vocation instead of Minstrel) and when you unlock the advanced vocations but this is another thing that I think suffers a bit from the pseudo-MMO structure of the game. I'll probably ramble on more about that later.
